Crazy winds (my van blew across the lanes on the Pont Britannia), and subsequent silly windchill meant a day off the tops today. Headed with the group to the Llanberis quarries and walked through an alien-esque landscape of industrial history. Tunnels, ramps, caves, machinery, echoes, goats and ice falls.
A brilliant day followed by replenishment in the usual place.
