A sort of (unsolicited) review: @patagonia Daily Capilene t-shirt. I bought this on Friday from @outside.co.uk and have worn it for four days. For work (from home), for play (as a baselayer under a midlayer and shell in pouring rain, and on its own at 23c+). Simply the most comfortable and understated t-shirt / baselayer i’ve ever worn. A ‘plain blue t-shirt’ which actually packs a fair technical punch: 50+ UPF sun protection • HeiQ® Fresh durable odor control • made from 50-100% recycled content (the solid colours are 100% the heathered colours are 50%) • Fair Trade Certified™ sewn • MiDori® bioSoft for added wicking and softness (this isn’t bollocks – it really is extraordinarily comfortable !!). Discreet logo. Tiny hanging loop. Minimal seams. Four days worn and it has no stink at all. If you remember Patagonia Silkweight Capilene then this is a) more comfortable, and b) less ‘see through’ for work / social wear. It comes in 6 colours for men and 4 for women. £35 for the t-shirt and £40 for the long sleeve version. 10/10 // If you do choose to buy one please consider shopping from an independent retailer.
