I’m Tomo Thompson. I run a countryside charity, volunteer as a countryside ranger and a mountain rescue team member, and coach people to become competent and confident in the hills and mountains.

I spend nigh on some part of every day of the year on the moors and hills. I now them very well and i know their stories, folklore, flora and fauna.

I appear on radio and television and in printed journalism regularly discussing many aspects of the countryside and access to it.

My greatest passion is connecting humans with nature.
