I’m Tomo Thompson, I live in Sheffield, and I work across South Yorkshire and the Peak District National Park.
I am an outsider. I’m ill at ease indoors.
I run a countryside charity as a ‘day job’. When not doing that I volunteer as a countryside warden and as a mountain rescue team member. My greatest passions are protecting nature from humans and connecting humans with nature.
In addition to a number of podcast appearances and published articles, most of my written words are on the blog.
