The 24th April is the annual day for remembering the ‘Kinder Trespass’.

By 9am this morning i had read dozens of social media posts about it being the ‘start of the right to roam movement’ and ‘opening up access to the National Parks’.

Sometimes in the British psyche we’re quick to celebrate and quicker to forget pertinent detail.

I wrote this a year or so ago.

I’ve been trying to get people to read this by David Hey for a long time.

Facts really do matter.
