One minor positive of the necessary felling of diseased trees is the new vantage points. They’ve been put in as part of a big Spring spruce up by the Wildlife Trust. Looks nice. As long as you’re okay with it being funded by the folks running landfills and incinerators.
Had some of the NoNormal™️ squeezy coffee stuff. Fussed a few dogs. Sat in the sun. Freewheeled down to the res. Huffed and puffed back up and then made use of the tailwind to make best haste to a piece of cake that held 3x more calories than i’d used on the ride.
